Our Services

NCS’ Service Coordination Division was established in 2012 and provides case management services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in 7 counties in Northwest Missouri. These include: Atchison, Andrew, Holt, Nodaway, Gentry, Worth, and Harrison. We support individuals of all ages. For eligibility determination, contact the Albany Regional Office at 660-771-6100.

MEET THE TEAM

Megan Sagel, Program Manager

Megan obtained her bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Sociology at Northwest Missouri State University. She started working with individuals with developmental disabilities during her college days as a direct care staff in 2008. She rejoined the NCS team in 2012 when Service Coordination obtained their contract to start TCM services. She was a Service Coordinator for 2 years and, after that time, moved to SC supervisor. She has been in her current role as Program Manager since 2019.

Heather Law, SC Supervisor

Heather obtained her bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Sociology at Northwest Missouri State University. After graduating, she obtained employment with a local behavioral healthcare provider, providing case management services to adult individuals. Heather made a career change and obtained employment as a Service Coordinator for targeted case management services for individuals with developmental disabilities in December 2011. Heather joined the NCS team in November 2012 as a Service Coordinator. In March 2019, she transitioned to the Service Coordinator II position and in September 2020 she transitioned to the SC Supervisor.
