PA Services provide personal care and supports for people within their homes and communities.
Community Networking
CN Services are community based services that assist/teach community participation through connecting individuals to resources and activities within their communities.
Individualized skill development
ISD is an in-home and community-based service guided towards helping a person develop necessary skills to live successfully by using specialized teaching strategies and adaptations to strive towards independent living.
